No, there isn’t but there is newly-furbished fully-equipped fitness and spa centre, with Turkish bath

Is there an Internet Point in the hotel?
No, but the rooms have internet sockets.

Is there a private car park or garage?
Yes there is, please reserve a spot when you book.

Can you organise car rental?
Certainly, our concierge will be happy to organise all bookings and reservations on your behalf.

Do you provide a pickup or shuttle service?
Yes we do, just leave us a note when you book online and we’ll get back to you.

Where is the nearest bus stop?
Buses leaves for all parts of the city from outside the hotel on Via Roma.

Where is the nearest train station?
Central Station is the main railway station in Palermo, and can be reached by either bus or taxi.

What’s the hotel’s cancellation policy?
If you cancel 48 hours before you’re due to arrive we won’t charge you a penny.

Is the hotel near the Port?
Yes, the Hotel Des Palmes is a short walk from the coast.

Are pets allowed?
